Dr. Sheridan is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He also specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery, body contouring surgery including liposuction, comprehensive cosmetic surgery and reconstructive plastic surgery. Dr. Sheridan has been in practice since 1990 and in Peoria since 1999. He provides care in the clinic at the Methodist Atrium, along with Proctor Hospital, Methodist Hospital, Pekin Hospital and the Peoria Day Surgery Center.

A graduate of the University of Illinois, School of Medicine in Chicago, Dr. Sheridan completed general surgery training at the Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. He then completed his residency in plastic surgery at New York Hospital, Cornell Medical Center in New York City, followed by a fellowship in plastic surgery trauma at the University of California, Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California.

Dr. Sheridan is a member of several professional organizations, including American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Inc.; Peoria Medical Society; Illinois Medical Society; and the American College of Surgeons.
